In a blender add 1 and a half cups of frozen mango
1 /3 of a portion size of Chobani greek yogurt
Blend together
Set in freezer
Middle layer (purple):
2/3 of a cup of Frozen blueberries
1 frozen banana
1 /3 of a portion size of Chobani greek yogurt
Dash of vanilla
Pinch cinnamon
Blend
Set on top of the yellow layer
Top layer (pink)
Cup of frozen raspberries
1 /3 of a portion size of Chobani greek yogurt
Coconut syrup
blend
top up the cup of smoothie with this layer
top with a sprinkle of chia seeds, hemp seeds, coconut flakes, goji berries, passion fruit, and cinnamon
